About Jorge

Jorge Palacios Jr is an esteemed and sought-after musician, writer, personality, TTRPG Player/Game Master, streamer, and creator in the Denver area. When not playing an instrument, running a chainsaw, or writing prose, Jorge enjoys wearing glasses and not knowing how to swim.

He has experience in various facets of theater and live music, is about to finish a BA in Religious Studies from Regis University, and ultimately hopes to learn how to swim.

A guitarist, composer, singer, producer, conductor, multi-instrumentalist, orchestrator, arranger, and bandleader, as well as published theologian and Regis celebrity, Jorge's work explores the intersection of culture, identity, and expression through the lenses of jazz, funk, indie rock, classical music, Mexican and Southwestern American culture, faith experience, and political life.

Recent projects include writing and recording as Iowa City Goat Club and various collaborations. Jorge is also a co-host on the podcast Bad Jokes and Semi-Wise Cracks with Luke and Jorge.
